Have you ever had a person that you totally hate, can’t stand their guts or their personality? they walk funny, their breathing is too loud and the fact that they’re sharing this earth with you irritates you? And after all that!!! You have to share the same space with them? At home or at work. Uhh

 Question for you?

Have you ever thought about sharing your thoughts? Not quite as blainted as saying “your breathing is too loud could they breath quietly”, but in a way that’s meaningful?

 No?

Are you trying to save face? Hide your feelings, not be honest and tolerate the problem?

Let me share with you what I know for sure  – Trying to pretend that all is well when it isn’t, is never a good idea…and you’ll be in for a surprise. Because your feelings are energy and will always be transmitted, like electricity, they must have an outlet. If you store them “inside” you, no matter how hard you try to be nice, the energy will exude from you travelling like water running downhill aiming straight towards a live electrical wire electrocuting everything in its path.

People around you will know exactly how you feel without you ever uttering a word, but no one dares question you, ever had that feeling? know that feeling? What do they say? People around you “walk on eggshells”.

In spite of you saying nothing, everyone around you can feel your hate, judgement and resentment.

So, I ask you, is that feeling of “bad vibes” in the room better, or will you just talk about it?

 In the end…

The “truth will (may) set you free”……..but you need to try and talk about it.

And remember, truth spoken in love may bring pain, but at least you know it and you have an opportunity to change….or not.
